This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $11,000 – $16,000 per month, reflecting the impact and responsibility of the role. Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and technology sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and contracts to secure new projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to maximize profitability and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor and report on business development activities, including sales pipelines and revenue forecasts.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the construction or technology industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic business plans.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
