Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of landscape and construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate on-site activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage contracts, tendering processes, and vendor negotiations to secure optimal terms and resources.
- Oversee documentation, including progress reports, claims, and compliance records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project objectives and resolve issues.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety protocols.
- Support the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and feasibility studies for new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or Project Management (or related field).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, construction management, or landscape contracting.
- Proven track record in managing contracts, tenders, and claims in the construction or landscape industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and CAD tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction regulations and local market practices is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
