Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) to track progress, deadlines, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to define scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project milestones and identify potential delays, proposing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting risks, variances, and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Conduct critical path analysis to optimize project efficiency and resource allocation.
- Update and revise schedules based on changes in scope, weather conditions, or unforeseen challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in project scheduling for construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling software.
- Strong understanding of critical path method (CPM) and project management principles.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with construction contracts, budgets, and resource planning.
- Experience working in international or multicultural teams is a plus.
