Responsibility
- Identify, analyze, and develop responses to commercial risks and contractual claims.
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for construction projects.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
- Review and approve payment certificates, variations, and final accounts.
- Provide expert advice on procurement strategies and cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs, variations, and financial transactions.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards in Indonesia.
- Certification in quantity surveying (e.g., RICS) is a plus.
