Responsibility
- Lead and manage construction and insurance-related projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project progress, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Oversee resource allocation, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards on all project sites.
- Foster strong client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in insurance or construction sectors.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with insurance policies, risk assessment, and compliance requirements.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
