Responsibility
- Conduct precise land and construction surveys using advanced surveying equipment.
- Establish and maintain survey control points for construction projects.
- Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and drawings for project planning.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate site layouts.
- Monitor and verify construction progress against design specifications.
- Perform topographic surveys and boundary assessments as required.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior surveyors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction surveying.
- Proficiency in surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
- Strong knowledge of GPS, total stations, and other surveying instruments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in outdoor and challenging environments.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid surveying certification or license is a plus.
