Responsibility
- Oversee and manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) installations and systems on construction sites.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
- Review and approve MEP shop drawings, specifications, and material submittals for compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety and technical standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, logs, and as-built drawings.
- Ensure all MEP works comply with local regulations, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to on-site teams and junior staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; a diploma with relevant experience may also be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP supervision, preferably in large-scale construction projects.
- Proven track record of managing MEP installations, commissioning, and handover processes.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, blueprint reading, and construction methodologies.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to be based on-site in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other MEP design software is a plus.
