Responsibility
- Manage the full lifecycle of project contracts, from award to final acceptance, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate terms, conditions, and amendments with vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
- Provide expert guidance to project managers and site teams on contractual obligations, risks, and dispute resolution.
- Develop and maintain contract documentation, including change orders, extensions, and termination agreements.
- Monitor contract performance, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, industry standards, and company policies throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, legal teams, and internal departments, to resolve contractual issues.
- Prepare and present contract-related reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts, including FIDIC or similar standards.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, risk management, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
