Responsibility
- Oversee and manage end-to-end construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to align project goals and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, financials, and milestones to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and contractual documents.
- Familiarity with local regulations, permits, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
