Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide updates and resolve on-site challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, incident reports, and progress documentation.
- Ensure all construction materials and equipment meet quality standards and specifications.
- Mentor and train junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction.
- Proven track record of managing residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and local building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
