Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to maintain project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Manage and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
- Monitor inventory and order materials as needed to avoid project delays.
- Train and supervise on-site staff to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of 1-3 years as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
- Physical stamina and willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Relevant certification or diploma in construction management is a plus.
