Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive EHS programs and policies in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
- Provide EHS training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental permits, waste management, and sustainability initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS best practices into daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for regulatory and internal purposes.
- Stay updated on emerging EHS trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in data centers or construction.
- Certification in EHS (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of local and international EHS regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement EHS programs and policies.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
- Proficiency in EHS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
