Responsibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with PPA and EPC contracts.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead contract analysis, ensuring compliance with legal and technical requirements.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project performance, milestones, and financials to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and workflow efficiency.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and resolve operational challenges.
- Implement best practices in project controls, including cost management and risk mitigation.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and control within the construction industry.
- Proven expertise in PPA and EPC contract management.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
