Responsibility
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project expenses.
- Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contractual terms and financial constraints.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve cost-related issues.
- Prepare and submit progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs, expenditures, and financial transactions.
- Provide financial advice and support to the project team to ensure profitable project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in commercial or fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in using quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards in Bali is a plus.
