Responsibility
- Assist senior technicians in daily construction tasks, including measurements, installations, and repairs.
- Prepare and organize tools, materials, and equipment for on-site projects.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of construction machinery and tools.
- Support the setup and dismantling of temporary structures, scaffolding, and safety barriers.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings under supervision.
- Maintain clean and orderly work areas to promote efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in construction or related field is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools, materials, and techniques.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately.
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions and adapt to varying schedules.
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Prior experience in construction or a similar role is advantageous but not required.
