Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with architectural designs and project timelines.
- Enforce strict safety, health, and environmental regulations to maintain a secure work environment for all personnel.
- Conduct regular quality inspections to verify compliance with building codes, standards, and client specifications.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and optimize project execution.
- Monitor material deliveries, inventory, and equipment usage to prevent shortages or delays.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, including photos, measurements, and incident logs, to stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and craftsmanship.
- Coordinate with local authorities for permits, inspections, and regulatory approvals as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in architectural/construction projects.
- Proven track record of managing residential, commercial, or hospitality construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality control in Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar project management tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Relevant certification (e.g., OSHA, PMP, or local construction safety certifications) is preferred.
