Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to maintain smooth workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly, minimizing delays and ensuring project continuity.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management and stakeholders.
- Manage resource allocation, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
- Collaborate with project managers to align site operations with overall project goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid certification in construction safety (e.g., OSHA) is a plus.
