As a Project Planner, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless coordination of manpower, machinery, and materials to meet project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Your expertise in scheduling, monitoring, and control will drive efficiency and excellence across our construction projects in Bali’s key areas, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta.

Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, ensuring alignment with deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and allocate manpower, machinery, and materials to optimize resource utilization and minimize downtime.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and solutions.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making for new projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all planning activities.
  • Utilize project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) to track and update project data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or construction management.
  • Proven expertise in resource allocation, cost control, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with construction industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
