Responsibility
- Conduct and manage Request for Information (RFI), Invite to Quote (ITQ), and Invite to Tender (ITT) processes end-to-end.
- Prepare and define project scopes, specifications, and evaluation criteria for procurement activities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, and recommend optimal solutions for project needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all procurement and project management activities.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, procurement, or construction.
- Proven track record in managing RFI, ITQ, and ITT processes in a construction or infrastructure environment.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and contract management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of local regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices in construction.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
