We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our project sites in Kuala Lumpur. Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations on the construction site to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Enforce strict compliance with local safety regulations (including OSHA/DOSH) and implement company site safety policies.
- Manage, monitor, and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to optimize workforce productivity.
- Conduct routine site inspections to ensure structural quality, material accuracy, and adherence to approved blueprints.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation, including daily progress reports, site diaries, and incident logs.
- Troubleshoot site issues and resolve technical conflicts efficiently to prevent construction delays.
- Verify incoming site materials to ensure they meet project specifications and structural guidelines.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, technical blueprints, and occupational health and safety regulations.
- Proven leadership capabilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic project scheduling software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred to coordinate with local teams.
