As a Project Manager at MLI, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will serve as the primary bridge between our technical teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, navigating the complexities of the construction lifecycle in a fast-paced environment. Responsibility
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met on time.
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenditures, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure design and technical specifications are met.
- Lead on-site inspections and quality control audits to ensure compliance with company standards and local building codes.
- Implement and enforce strict occupational health and safety (OHS) protocols across all project sites.
- Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for executive leadership regarding project status and risk mitigation.
- Manage the procurement process for materials and equipment, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; Professional License (PRC) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in construction project management or site supervision.
- Proven ability to manage multi-million peso construction or renovation projects from end-to-end.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar software.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to interpret complex technical drawings.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with experience managing vendor relationships.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and conflict resolution.
