Responsibility
- Supervise daily construction site activities to ensure work is performed according to blueprints and safety standards.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, and site workers to maintain project schedules.
- Monitor and enforce site safety regulations and health standards to prevent workplace accidents.
- Manage the distribution of materials and ensure site inventory is accurate and well-maintained.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress, delays, or technical issues to the Project Manager.
- Solve on-site logistical challenges and ensure efficient workflow throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all construction documentation, including daily logs and attendance records, is kept up to date.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a Site Supervisor role or similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and site management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams of workers.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and construction blueprints.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines consistently.
- Valid CIDB Green Card holder is mandatory.
