Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate potential sites for business expansion, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demand.
- Conduct thorough feasibility studies, including site visits, zoning assessments, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Negotiate lease or purchase agreements with property owners, landlords, and developers to secure favorable terms.
- Collaborate with legal, financial, and operational teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential sites, tracking progress and updating stakeholders on key milestones.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on site evaluations, risks, and recommendations to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, real estate agents, and community stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate, or business development.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing property deals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.
- Knowledge of local zoning laws, permits, and regulatory requirements in Bali.
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
