Join HH Automation Sdn Bhd as a Site Service Engineer (ASRS) and play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing cutting-edge Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (ASRS) for our clients in Bali. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to work with advanced automation technologies, including stacker cranes and robotic systems, while providing on-site technical support to ensure seamless operations.
As part of our team, you will travel to client sites across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, delivering hands-on installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing warehouse efficiency, reducing downtime, and driving customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Responsibility
- Perform installation, commissioning, and calibration of ASRS stacker cranes and associated automation systems at client sites.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize system downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, including emergency response when required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade and optimize ASRS configurations for improved efficiency.
- Document all service activities, including maintenance logs, incident reports, and technical recommendations.
- Train client personnel on system operation, safety protocols, and basic troubleshooting.
- Stay updated with the latest ASRS technologies, industry standards, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in servicing ASRS, stacker cranes, or industrial automation systems.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, HMI interfaces, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical schematics, manuals, and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to diagnostics and repairs.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills for client interactions.
- Certifications in automation, robotics, or safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO) are a plus.
