Join a dynamic construction team in Bali as a Site Safety Supervisor, where your expertise will ensure the highest standards of safety compliance across all project sites. This critical role involves overseeing daily operations to align with local and international safety regulations, company policies, and client-specific requirements. Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of safety, minimizing risks, and maintaining a secure work environment for all personnel.

Responsibility
- Conduct daily site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards, ensuring adherence to OSHA, local regulations, and project-specific safety plans.
- Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive safety policies, procedures, and emergency response protocols.
- Lead safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and inductions for all on-site personnel, including contractors and subcontractors.
- Investigate and document all incidents, near-misses, and accidents, proposing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance with safety gear requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to integrate safety measures into project planning and execution.
- Maintain accurate records of safety audits, inspections, and training activities for regulatory and internal reporting.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, new safety technologies, and changes in local/international safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field; NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction safety, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations (e.g., K3) and international standards (OSHA, ISO 45001).
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, develop safety management systems, and lead incident investigations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to engage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Certification in First Aid/CPR and experience with safety software/tools (e.g., Intelex, SAP EHS).
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Bali as required.
