Responsibility
- Lead and manage design-build interior projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to align project goals and expectations.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and material sourcing.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess quality, progress, and adherence to design specifications.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and financial summaries to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on design-build interior projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from concept to completion.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.
