Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to align project execution with client requirements.
- Monitor budget allocations and resource utilization to optimize cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, risk assessments, and documentation for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Resolve technical challenges and conflicts proactively, leveraging problem-solving skills to maintain project momentum.
- Implement sustainable construction practices where applicable, aligning with modern industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction supervision, with a portfolio of completed infrastructure projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and local building codes in Indonesia.
- Proven ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and GIS data for project planning.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and liaise with clients/vendors.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with safety protocols (OSHA, K3) and environmental compliance standards.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali and work on a contract basis with potential for extension.
