Responsibility
- Monitor and report on project financial performance, including cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or cost overruns.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align financial and operational goals.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.
- Analyze project data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to optimize resource allocation and vendor negotiations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project control, financial analysis, or construction management.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and financial tools (e.g., Excel, SAP).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with construction industry standards and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali and join the team promptly.
