Responsibility

  • Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with client and company objectives.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and risk assessments.
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and assist in financial forecasting to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to verify compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Utilize project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) to track progress and generate insights.
  • Support the development of project proposals, tenders, and presentations for clients and leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with local construction regulations, permits, and compliance standards in Indonesia.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk mitigation.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
