You’ll collaborate with project managers, engineers, and government regulators to implement robust safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and deliver training programs. Your expertise in civil works and Yellow Book certification will be instrumental in maintaining compliance with Indonesian and international safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001).

Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive site safety policies in alignment with local and international regulations.
- Conduct daily safety inspections, hazard assessments, and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
- Organize and deliver safety training programs for workers, subcontractors, and management teams.
- Ensure compliance with Yellow Book standards and other relevant certifications for construction projects.
- Monitor PPE usage, equipment safety, and emergency preparedness across all site operations.
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety protocols into project timelines and budgets.
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and training for regulatory reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Safety Supervisor or similar role in civil construction.
- Valid Yellow Book certification (mandatory) and familiarity with OSHA/ISO 45001 standards.
- In-depth knowledge of civil engineering processes, heavy machinery, and construction methodologies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to influence safety culture at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to interpret and apply Indonesian safety laws (e.g., Permenaker) and project-specific requirements.
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and incident reporting.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali (e.g., Badung, Denpasar, Ubud).
