Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and quality.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and labor while optimizing resource allocation.
- Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and collaboration among project teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract management, and cost estimation.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and permitting processes is highly desirable.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are a strong advantage.
