Responsibility
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of M&E projects in compliance with technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors to achieve project milestones.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate M&E systems seamlessly into construction projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Ensure adherence to environmental and sustainability best practices in all M&E operations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in M&E project management, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale M&E projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of local and international M&E codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, AutoCAD, Revit).
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
