Responsibility
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for engineering projects.
- Conduct thorough quantity take-offs and material cost analysis.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to optimize project costs and timelines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator in the construction or engineering industry.
