Responsibility
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for infrastructure projects.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Negotiate and administer contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and material cost analysis to optimize project expenses.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to align financial plans with technical requirements.
- Identify and mitigate cost risks through proactive financial planning and value engineering.
- Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and procurement schedules.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities, etc.).
- Proficient in cost estimation software (e.g., Candy, WinQS, or Primavera).
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, tendering processes, and procurement.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Badung, Bali with occasional travel.
