Responsibility
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and correct potential safety hazards.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with all local, national, and company-specific safety regulations.
- Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Organize and lead daily, weekly, and monthly safety briefings and toolbox talks.
- Investigate and document all incidents, near-misses, and accidents, implementing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive safety reports, logs, and documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety best practices into project planning.
- Provide safety training and induction programs for new and existing employees.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction safety, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent).
- In-depth knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations in Indonesia.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and contractors.
- Proficient in conducting risk assessments and implementing control measures.
- Ability to prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate safety records.
- Familiarity with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements and emergency response procedures.
- Willingness to work on-site in Badung, Bali, with flexibility for occasional travel.
