Responsibility
- Assist clients and agents with housing reservation inquiries and transactions.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about project sites, availability, and pricing.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth reservation processes.
- Maintain detailed records of all reservations, client interactions, and transactions.
- Handle client concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct site visits and presentations to potential clients as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to reservations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or reservation roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using reservation software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
- Knowledge of the real estate or hospitality industry is an advantage.
