Responsibility
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared with the highest quality ingredients and meet food safety standards.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and placing orders for kitchen supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours.
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Monitor food quality and presentation, making adjustments as necessary to meet guest expectations.
- Assist in the development of new menu items and specials under the guidance of the head chef.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role in a restaurant or hotel kitchen.
