Responsibility

  • Lead and manage all food and beverage service operations across multiple venues in Bali, ensuring consistency in service quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for F&B service, including staff training, inventory management, and customer service protocols.
  • Collaborate with executive chefs, sommeliers, and event planners to design and execute high-end dining experiences and special events.
  • Monitor and control F&B budgets, including cost analysis, revenue optimization, and profitability tracking.
  • Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing, motivated team.
  • Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and standards.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally to maintain the company’s reputation for excellence.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in F&B service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven track record in luxury hospitality, preferably in high-end resorts, hotels, or fine-dining establishments.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, including inventory management, cost control, and service standards.
  • Experience with POS systems, reservation software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Certification in hospitality management (e.g., AHLEI, WSET) or related fields is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the role.
