Responsibility
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including washing machines, dryers, and ironing machines.
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry items according to established procedures and standards.
- Inspect laundry items for stains, tears, or other damages and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stored.
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in the inventory and restocking of laundry supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling customer inquiries and requests professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of laundry tasks.
Qualifications
