Responsibility
- Develop and implement high-impact casino promotions to boost guest engagement and revenue.
- Lead and mentor a team of promotions staff to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align promotions with business goals.
- Analyze promotion performance using KPIs and data insights to refine strategies.
- Create compelling promotional materials, including digital and print assets.
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies in all promotional activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with VIP guests and key stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in promotions, marketing, or casino operations.
- Proven track record in designing and executing successful promotional campaigns.
