Responsibility

  • Lead, mentor, and support the Reservations team to ensure efficient and guest-focused operations.
  • Optimize room inventory and availability to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
  • Handle reservations, inquiries, and bookings with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to implement pricing strategies and promotions.
  • Generate and analyze reports to track performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure seamless communication between Reservations, Front Office, and other departments.
  • Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel offerings, local attractions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Reservations, Sales, or Revenue Management within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on revenue optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Reservations software (e.g., Opera, Amadeus, or similar).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
