Responsibility
- Operate and manage casino table games (e.g., Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Poker) with precision and professionalism.
- Ensure strict adherence to gaming regulations, house rules, and compliance standards.
- Provide an engaging and high-quality experience for guests, maintaining a courteous and approachable demeanor.
- Handle financial transactions, including chip exchanges, payouts, and bet settlements accurately.
- Monitor game integrity, detect irregularities, and report any suspicious activity to management.
- Collaborate with pit bosses, supervisors, and other staff to maintain smooth casino operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure gaming environment at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on game rules, industry trends, and customer service best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Croupier in a reputable casino (fresh graduates with training may be considered).
- Strong knowledge of casino table games, rules, and procedures.
- Excellent numerical and mental calculation skills for fast-paced gaming environments.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
