Responsibility
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to ensure adequate stock.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure optimal staffing levels during peak hours.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Assist in marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to drive customer engagement and sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
