Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end visa processing for clients, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws (DOLE) and immigration regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, fostering strong relationships and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, HR, operations) to streamline visa applications and resolve client inquiries efficiently.
- Monitor and report on visa processing timelines, client satisfaction, and account performance metrics.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand Dimak Solutionsâ client base in Baliâs hospitality and tourism sectors.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth in key locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on account status, challenges, and revenue projections.
- Ensure all client documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with local and international standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, client services, or visa processing, preferably in the hospitality/tourism industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws (DOLE) and visa regulations; prior experience with work permits is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Proven track record of managing client accounts, meeting targets, and driving revenue growth.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
