Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, making personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, adhering to presentation and service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or special requests with efficiency and care.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and timely order delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, including table settings, utensils, and service stations.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions with integrity.
- Assist in opening/closing duties, including restocking supplies and preparing the restaurant for service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a server in a restaurant, hotel, or fine dining establishment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward teamwork.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
