Responsibility
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Lead and mentor front desk associates to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor room availability and manage reservations to optimize occupancy.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare and submit reports on front desk performance and guest feedback.
- Assist in training new staff and conducting performance evaluations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Problem-solving skills and a guest-centric mindset.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
