Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor to all guests.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted.
- Serve dishes promptly and present them according to brand standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, replenishing utensils, and clearing used dishes.
- Assist in resolving guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience and revenue.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (F&B, hospitality, or customer service).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-focused.
