Responsibility
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain seamless communication and coordination.
- Participate in staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and cost control.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Familiarity with local health and safety regulations is a plus.
