Responsibility
- Manage and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial control.
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates, tenders, and contracts for construction projects.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and verify measurements for billing purposes.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to negotiate terms and resolve disputes.
- Prepare and submit progress claims, variations, and final accounts in accordance with contract terms.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Provide commercial support to project teams, including risk assessment and value engineering.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards in Indonesia.
- Certification or membership in a recognized professional body (e.g., RICS) is a plus.
