Responsibility
- Develop and execute material procurement plans aligned with project timelines and budgets.
- Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of construction materials, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain real-time inventory tracking using digital tools to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to streamline logistics workflows.
- Implement cost-saving strategies for transportation, warehousing, and material handling.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards for all logistics activities.
- Generate detailed reports on material usage, lead times, and logistics performance metrics.
- Resolve logistical bottlenecks proactively to minimize project delays.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project logistics, preferably in construction or heavy industries.
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Knowledge of local Bali/Indonesia logistics regulations and customs procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic project environment.
- Familiarity with lean logistics principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
